Refund Policy - the basics
All Sales Are Final
Because each artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind work of art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, color preference, or incorrect selection.
Artwork Damaged During Shipping
If an artwork is damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs of the artwork, shipping box, packaging materials, and the damage. We may request additional information or photographs in order to process a shipping insurance claim.
Please keep all original packaging materials and the damaged artwork until the claim has been resolved.
Depending on the circumstances and availability of the artwork, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Damage After Delivery
