Shipping Policy - the basics

Artwork Packaging

All original artworks are carefully packaged to help protect them during transportation. Depending on the size and structure of the artwork, special packaging methods may be used to provide additional protection during shipping.

Large or multi-panel artworks may be packaged in multiple sections to reduce shipping costs and minimize the risk of damage during transportation. Assembly instructions and necessary hardware will be provided when applicable.

Shipping Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after payment has been received.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, artwork size, shipping method, and carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the artwork's size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination. The shipping cost shown at checkout may vary depending on these factors.

For unusually large or oversized artworks, additional shipping arrangements may be required. We may contact the buyer before shipment if the actual shipping cost differs significantly from the amount calculated at checkout.

Delivery

Once the artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's schedule and conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Shipments

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The damaged artwork

  • The outer shipping box

  • The interior packaging

  • Any visible damage to the packaging

Please retain the original artwork and all packaging materials until the shipping damage claim has been resolved.
